Means a great deal to read that, Emily! Sorry for the delay. The first recipe in my book is different than the simple (Beginner's) recipe here at the site. The one in the book is a very simple recipe with all round weights meant to introduce someone who has never baked before. The Beginner's SD here is a little more complex (but not much!).
