In the formula on top of page, it says 626g all purpose and 337g, yecora.
But then in the Recipe section on bottom, steps #3, we only mix 306g of Yecora.
And the ingredient list in the recipe instructions (bottom) says only 595g of AP flour. But on top it is 626g. I feel like the top and bottom don't match.
