I rarely comment on recipes but this pie crust is sooo amazing that I have to! The sourdough discard made it super flexible and pliable which I loved because I always have trouble rolling out and transferring pie crusts, but not this time. I made a galette with a slightly different filling and it is so good, we almost finished it in 12 hours. I'll make pies and galettes only with your crust recipe from now on!!

I jumped in and made the pie crust and peach/blueberry gallette Friday night for guests. Wow! What a hit, and how fun that I actually made a successful pie crust after several years!! Your site and your recipes are amazing, making everything so simple to follow!
