The sourdough discard made it super flexible and pliable which I loved because I always have trouble rolling out and transferring pie crusts, but not this time. I made a galette with a slightly different filling and it is so good, we almost finished it in 12 hours. I'll make pies and galettes only with your crust recipe from now on!!
