Ok, wow. Just, wow! The bread is absolutely delicious, and hands down the most beautiful loaf I’ve ever baked. (I bake about a loaf a week, for several years now.). Several of your recipes here are favorites of mine (and I’ve learned a ton technique-wise from you too) and this one goes right to the top of the list.
